The digital economic transformation presents both challenges and opportunities for rural communities, particularly in enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This article aims to describe a village community empowerment program through increasing the capacity of MSMEs and implementing digital technology in business operations. The approach used is a community-based participatory approach, including digital literacy training, managerial mentoring, and the implementation of digital technology in production, marketing, and business management processes. This program aims to create an independent digital economic ecosystem at the village level by strengthening the capacity of MSME actors and the sustainable use of digital technology. Expected outcomes from the implementation of this program include improving MSME digital competence, business operational efficiency, expanding market access, and strengthening the economic independence of rural communities. With this program, rural communities are expected to be able to adapt to the dynamics of the digital economy and encourage inclusive and sustainable village economic development.
