This community service activity aims to improve the digital capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ngablak Village, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency by utilizing digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The program is implemented in three main stages: an introduction to MSME digitalization, an introduction to AI technology, and training in AI-based digital content creation. In the first stage, participants are taught how to create a Google Maps account and an e-commerce store to boldly expand their market. The second stage discusses the basic concepts and applications of AI in small businesses, such as the use of chatbots and various forms of AI-generated content. The final stage is training in digital content creation using AI platforms such as Canva AI, ChatGPT, and CapCut, which helps participants create promotional materials more quickly and creatively. The results show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using digital technology, as well as a heightened awareness of the importance of AI-based innovation in strengthening MSME competitiveness. This activity has had a positive impact on the readiness of MSMEs in Ngeablak Village to adapt to developments in the digital economy. This activity is expected to create a sustainable digital MSME base, ready to adapt to dynamic changes in the digital economy.
